Cliches

Cliches! I love them. I thought that monotany would kill the thought process, probably the human mind would cease to exist with things that repeat so obviously and so frequently. But to tell you the truth conditions condusive to existence of a unique mind have become almost non existent. These days people, things, atmosphere, and our surrrounding in general are claustrophobic to us. Things are happening so fast that we have problems following them. Take for example the recent disasters. People had hardly time to think about one when the next one would hit. Earthquakes, floods, and storms are things that human mind may digest one at a time, but all put togather you really can't take it. I mean your mind goes through so many situations of doomsday and the helpless situation that you really can't think any more.
Thus the answer, sitcoms. Quick witted, totally reliable in this day and age for jokes. Commercials, another one of those things that will be there no matter what. You can rely on it. Unlike other things that are out of your control, this is one thing that you really can see yourself watching and thinking in your mind that "hey! if I want to change it, I can".
I think its about control. More and more things today are going out of control unlike older times, when there were more things under your control. Now there are mega entities that are so convoluted that you really can't make any sense out of anything. You are really just another number. Don't confuse customer service with caring. Companies are never going to let you get away with good customer service. They want to make money and trust me when I tell you this, there will never be anything even close to customer service from a company. These entities are operating on a capitalistic basis theoratically, but its a monarchy. Actually its a monarchy within many monarchies. Many people treating the organization as thier own territory. In this way you can actually create your own kingdom. Oh well I am digressing and bulling at the same time. Citharsis done.
